It's even worse after you come down with the flu (I mean full court press flu - not that candy butt 24 hour stomach flu). Obviously, I'm speaking from experience. Ugh. I have never traveled over the IDL though and I will take your word for it that it makes it worse. We're looking forward to your new stories and adventures. I have a question: Did you have to eat fish & rice for breakfast too?? Jet lag is awful.
