Obama the Anti-Christ?

I’m not a huge fan of politicians. My cynicism won’t let me root for anyone running for a big-time elected office because of the corruption and deception that it often takes to get there. Therefore, I’m not a big fan of Barack Obama, but what I just read in the latest Harris Report is ridiculous.
2,320 adults were surveyed online between March 1 and 8, 2010 by Harris Interactive. 24% of Republicans polled believe that Obama may be the Anti-Christ and 22% believe he wants the terrorists to win. Again, I’m not a big fan of politicians, and I’m certainly skeptical of anyone who is elected president, but this is over-the-top.
Call President Obama what you will, but I highly doubt that he wants the terrorists to win, and I just don’t think he’s sinister enough to be the Anti-Christ. If Adolf Hitler wasn’t the Anti-Christ, then I just don’t think Barack Obama is either…although 38% of Republicans polled think he’s doing many things Hitler did. Really?!
Sad.

Mike I don’t think he is the antichrist the antichrist will be far more charming than this guy and he will be a military genius many think he will come from Europe and also I have read alot on the antichrist and trust me it is not Obama the bible if you read biblical prophecy is full of characterisitics.

Check out this link it is somewhat true I believe and gives a good overview of course it is only interpretation but it could be true
Anyone in power should without a doubt be respected with skepticism, but there are good people up there and there are those worthy of being rooted for. Fight that cynicism.
While these percentages are alarming at first, look back to your “Harris Report” link. Below the results, read the “Methodology” section. Essentially they say, “This poll really doesn’t show much.” And as well they should with the fact that it was sent to people who have signed up to take surveys, not the general public. And the results are subject to “post-survey weighting and adjustments.”
I don’t think this is really worth any fuss from anyone. Even though I did see this on a major cable news show the other night. I think the results of this survey are being used to get people outraged about how Obama is apparently viewed by the public. The problem is that the public doesn’t view him this way. If they did, would he have been elected? If these poll results were representative of the general population, I don’t think he’d still be in office. If 40% of Republicans really thought Obama was comparable to Hitler, don’t you think we’d know, and we wouldn’t need a poll to shock us with its results?
Yeah, they’re trying to shock us by showing us reality, and Oh No! it worked. People are blogging about it. I stand on the idea that if “they” have to show it to us, it’s much more fanciful than reality.
